Coffee shops. We love them. The first goal of this blog is to review area coffee shops, not just the coffee but the atmosphere, the staff, the customers, the space, the vibe, and what it brings to mind. Is it an inspiring place to be? What conversations do we hear? What are people working on? Thinking about? Studying? How does the shop reflect the neighborhood surrounding it?
Which leads us to our second goal – which will be to comment on the inspiration that comes out of these coffee shops – both my own and others. There may be posts of art which is hung in said coffee shops, sketches of great hair donned by wayward baristas, food reviews in graphic novel form…
